A: Our virtual tours are designed to load quickly, and most users can expect to see the opening image within 10-15 seconds. The download speed is dependent on each individual user's connection speed. The faster the connection, the faster the download. Some other factors can also contribute to wait times, such as the amount of available RAM and quality of the device makes a difference when viewing the tour after download.
Q: Can anyone see virtual tour images?
A: Yes, anyone with Javascript enabled in browser can see Virtual Tour images. We supply the images in Java plug-in version. Most of the browsers are Java enabled.
Q: How long do you keep the Virtual Tour active?
A: Your virtual tour will be hosted on our servers for full year free. Hosting after that costs just $12/ per year for a typical tour. You have the ability to contact us to take down the virtual tour at any time.
Q: Could I use Virtual Tour for my off line marketing?
A: Yes. Every virtual tour (VR) has specific link and virtual tour number. Each VR we create and VR location can be emailed or printed in your advertising to allow customers to quickly access your tour on the Click Virtual Tour website, on your website or any other website you want. Presentation flash drive or CD could be ordered for your on/off line business presentations, advertising or as a gift to your client.
Q: How I could make sure my browser is prepared for virtual tour?
A: In order to view all of the features of our virtual tours, just make sure Javascript is enabled in your browser.
Q: My Javascript is enabled, but I am still not able to view virtual tour on my PC. What should I do?
A: If you still aren't able to view virtual tour, we suggest upgrading your browser to the latest version of Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Opera, Safari or any other browser you are using.
O: What if I am experiencing choppy video, sluggish performance and browser crashes?
A: Virtual tour presentations very often require substantial amounts of physical and graphical memory. If you experience choppy video, sluggish performance and browser crashes, you probably don't have enough of physical and graphical memory. If that is the case, you simply need to shut down and restart your computer to free up additional memory.
Q: Will the Virtual Tours be hosted on my website?
A: Virtual tours are hosted on the Click Virtual Tour web server. A link can be placed on your or any other website you want. Each VR page will have your picture, description, your contact information and just one simple link to our website. Most of the time the tour viewer will not even realize the tour is not hosted on your website.
Q: Can I update Virtual Tour description?
A: Yes, you will have access to Self Managed Client Administrative Area to update virtual tour description and seller/agent information 24/7.
Q: Does Click Virtual Tour make the feature sheets for me?
A: No. We provide the form for you to create your own full colour feature sheets. Follow our easy instructions to create full colour feature sheets and print them yourself or you send the link to the printers to be printed for you.
Q: Why should I order virtual tour flash drive or CD?
A: Virtual tour flash drive or CD could be used to demonstrate a product or property off-line, in your marketing suite or trade show, at your desk or in front of interested parties. The possibilities are endless.
Q: Can I copy and save a photo from the virtual tour and use for other advertising?
A: Yes, you can copy the photo by right clicking the mouse directly over the picture and save it to your computer for future use. You can use the photos for any type of advertising you require.
Q: Why do the virtual tours look like they have spots on the walls?
A: Because your color settings are set too low. Click on START - SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL - DISPLAY - SETTINGS. Set your color display to the highest level or at least 24 bit color depth. Click Apply, then follow the on screen prompts. Sometimes, depending on your computer settings, you may need to restart your machine.
Q: What to do if the Virtual Tour will not open (or it gives me an \'error on page\')?
A: If a tour will not open at all, this may be due to popup killer software that you have installed on your computer. You will have to disable the popup killer software in order to view Virtual Tours. You could also try to press the CTRL key in order to view pop up windows.
Q: I typed the virtual tour link to my browser, but it does not work. What should I do?
A: For best results, copy and paste the link; do not try to type it in.
Q: Why the virtual tour opened but it says it is expired?
A: Virtual tours that are over one year of age must be renewed or this message will be displayed.
Q: Can private home sellers get a virtual tour?
A: Yes, Private Home Sellers can get a virtual tour with us.
Q: How do I pay for the Virtual Tour?
A: Click Virtual Tour offers many ways to pay. We normally invoice via email once the tour is complete. You can then pay by cheque, money order, e-transfer, or you could pay by credit card online (we use Pay Pal for our online payment plan). You can request that we fax you the invoice or you can pay the photographer with a cheque made out to Click Virtual Tour. All our invoicing needs to be paid 15 days after receiving the invoice or your virtual tour is going to be deactivated.
